Yap is an island of Micronesia , in the Pacific Ocean and Caroline islands . Yap Island is the most western islands in Micronesia Yap is Colonia. Yap island in between Philippine Plate and Pacific Ocean Plate. And Yap Island Yap islander they used to a coin in past year. This coin they called stone money, they used to stone money to trade and communication. After the World War II, Japanese Army ruined their stone, they couldn’t make stone money.
Nowadays, they don’t need to stone money anymore. They use Unite States dollars, but stone money becomes a special thing in Yap Island Island have special creature in the ocean, is very suit for diving, every year have many tourist to go there for diving. Especially, every winter there are have sunshine and good view. It’s a good place to travel.
