On 17th November, at the Asian Games in Guangzhou, China, Yang Shu-Chun was disqualified in the Teakwondo games because The World Taikwondo Federation (WTF) Secretary-General,Yang Jin- Suk said that Yang Shu-Chun added , two pieces of extra sensors in her heels.

WTF Secretary-General,Yang Jin- Suk also said old-model sensor socks Yang Shu Chun wore were banned and Yang Shu-Chun stuck the sensors in the wrong place. But all the sensors were manufactured to Korean design with pre-cut sensor patches, impossible to misplace.

At this game, Yang Shu-chun’s competitor come from Vietnam, named Wu Shr Hou, won this game. Until the 12 seconds before the end of this Taekwondo game, Yang Shu-chun dominated the match9-0 before she was wrongfully disqualified.
