The three-day trip Wen try to build the trust between Chinese and India. both of them are expected to discuss their disputes. The two most populous countriesin in the world’s have worked to play down their tensions

(Social Newes) Two girls are best friend, one want to develop friendship into love

     On 2011.1.10, there were two young girls, Chao Ping Chen and Yi Ting Chen. They know each other in Junior high school. There are best friends and always share their happiness and sadness. They think this relationship is everlasting and will never change. One day in Hsing Wu College, Chao Ping Chen suddenly feels that Yi Ting Chen would like to develop a relationship that is more than just friends --- a love relationship.

     However, to the Chao Ping Chen, this thought is unbelievable, since Yi Ting Chen always treats the her as her very very best friend. The relationship is only limited to friendship. Since it is impossible to develop love between them, Chao Ping Chen draws back timidly and this seemingly everlasting friendship slowly changes.

(Food News)Penury equals overweight?

The U.S. government researchers issued a new study of Americans on 12/15/2010. The researchers considered that poverty equals obesity. The researchers research that lots of Americans like to eat fast food, from child eating fast food to grow up, so obesity is the one of the leading causes. On the other research, educated children and young adults in the obese are less likely to, obesity is a huge problem. Obesity can cause some disease such as heart disease, Diabetes, Some cancers, Arthritis and so on.

The researchers study further pointed out that women are more likely to be obese than the men in poor households, men who are in the high-income are all obese. The U.S. first Lady Michelle Obama started a campaign to promote healthy eating habits in school's cafeteria from all over the country. This study found an activity, not only poverty is not equal obesity but education also plays a factor. According to statistics, two-thirds of Americans are overweight or obese, BMI between 25 to 30 is overweight and BMI of 30 or over is obese. Adults with BMI of 25 early dead of the same age.

(Art News) A stone tablet featuring an engraving of guanyin with full riddle

     On December 12, a stone tablet featuring an engraving of guanyin, is picture on a Kaohsiung demolition site.  The Buddhist goddess of mercy and compassion, the tablet stands on 3m-high, half of which is buried underground.  There has been guess that the tablet is a gravestone, and perhaps deceased is buried below.  The stone tablet feature of guanyin might also mark the location of a Buddhist place of worship, but there is still no way of knowing for certain.

     This tablet of guanyin it is different to effigies of Guanyin normally found in Taiwan, and probably belongs to Japanese Buddhism. The Department of Cultural Affairs is ㎏looking for expert to appraise on the discovery.

On November 30, America demanded and urged Taiwan that the ECFA documents submit quickly to WTO(World Trade Organization). Otherwise the WTO can not protect the trade conflict of the ECFA emerged on Taiwan, and cannot appeal to WTO to arbitrate the authority of the trade conflict. The economic minister Shih Yen-Shiang (施顏祥) on December 27 said, presently the ECFA treatment will focus on Economic Cooperation, after the related measures to complete, the English edition of ECFA will notify the WTO. And according to past experience, it will be time-consuming to send more than one year. But the Ministry of Economic Affairs express "I hope the sooner the better."

The DPP (Democratic Progressive Party) legislator Panmeng An (潘孟安) to inquire Shih, “ The ECFA (cross-strait economic agreement) will enforce the early harvest list in January 1 next year. When do the Ministry of Economic Affairs to notify the WTO the English edition of the ECFA ?".

Shih said that the current focus of the work on ECFA is the establishment of cross-Strait Economic Cooperation, according to the general international practice, to inform the time point of the WTO is after the supporting measures to complete.

     Yap is an island of Micronesia, in the Pacific Ocean and Caroline islands. Yap Island is the most western islands in Micronesia. The capital of Yap is Colonia. Yap island in between Philippine Plate and Pacific Ocean Plate. And Yap Island the coast has coral reef and mangrove. This island has 5000~6000 people, Yap islander they used to a coin in past year. This coin they called stone money, they used to stone money to trade and communication. After the World War II, Japanese Army ruined their stone, they couldn’t make stone money.  

     Nowadays, they don’t need to stone money anymore. They use Unite States dollars, but stone money becomes a special thing in Yap Island. Also becomes popular and famous things to attract many people to go there see around and travel. Yap Island have special creature in the ocean, is very suit for diving, every year have many tourist to go there for diving. Especially, every winter there are have sunshine and good view. It’s a good place to travel.
