(Food News) Parity consumption noodles becomes restaurant’s tendency

Parity consumption becomes tendency, previously in five-star hotel chef Cin –Huan Lin transform to be a boss and opened the noodle restaurants. Cin –Huan Lin said that it is not easy to create a five star noodle restaurants and noodle restaurants is parity. And he said:『 In the hotel there are many dishes, many helpers and everybody will be cooperation to divide the works. If the steps are right and will not make the errors.』 The noodle restaurants is different, however, soup or noodles depends on any details. So, he has to be with more heart and soul investment.

The boss Lin has engaged in cook for eighteen years. He used to be in a well-known hotel to learn abalone, shark’s fin and other high-grade ingredients and learned a good skill. His special dishes are German Pork Knuckle and pumpkin seafood soup. These two dishes are his Specialty at the hotel.

Recently, he accepts a new challenge is to fight in one place after another to sell the parity noodles-wu mian guan, as a boss and chef. Cin –Huan Lin said every steps he focus by himself from kneaded the dough, pull noodles, head stew, mix sauce and cooking noodles to complete food. Cin –Huan Lin said as far as consumers are concerned, eat a bowl of good taste noodles with the parity that is happiness.

Nowadays, boss Lin is proud of dishes are dough lump and Braised Beef Noodle Soup etc. Make consumers feel like noodles dancing in the mouth, wu mian guan become a truly five-star inexpensive noodle restaurants.

(Asia News) Haneda Airport reset to international airline

     The Haneda Airport was the international Airport before. 32 years ago the Narita Airport instead the Haneda Airport become the International Airport in Japan. Now the Haneda Airport recover the international airline. Haneda Airport’s flight to Taipei Songshan Airport flight, including eleven international cities

     Haneda Airport’s new international terminal and forth runway was opening at October 21th. Tomorrow will officially start regular international flights. The flight flying to Taipei, San Francisco, Hawaii, Paris, Seoul and Bangkok and five cities.

     In the future Haneda Airport will gradually expand international scheduled flights. Will adding including New York and London and other 17 city. Haneda Airport expect to have 50 flight every day in the future.

     As the door of Japan, Haneda Airport international Terminal design a shopping street in the terminal. The street are like antique street. The foreign visitor will feel at home in the shopping street, ordering in a restaurant here, even though you can’t speak Japanese or English you still can ordering the meal.

    

     The menu are change by the season. Using the seasonal fruits and vegetables to satisfied the people who love Japanese cuisine. In the 5th floor has the special View Star Café Where you can eat, watch the stars, like being in Star among stars.

     In the new terminal they have a beautiful garden. The garden have 500 square meters, nearly 50 trees planted. Cherry blossoms are in the spring. Maple tree are in the fall. Each of the passengers has not entered the Tokyo, the first to appreciate the beauty of four seasons in Tokyo

(World News) President Obama administers, the populace does not recognize

　President Obama has recently been campaigning voters for Democratic candidate. Although he encouraged the behavior of remarkable grass-roots, but his opinion poll numbers have dropped. The latest Harris poll on internet showed that is now about two-thirds (67%) people do not agree with his job performance, recognize Obama’s support level has presently been reduced to a minimum.

　On October 11th to 18th, Harris poll on 3084 people for network visit, as a result, that 90% of Republicans and 89% of conservatives do not agree with Obama’s performance may not be surprising. But the most surprise is that 34% of Democratic and 33% of liberals do not agree either. And 70% of independents and 60% of moderates have a negative opinion on Obama’s policy.

　In the respondents who recognized Obama’s performance, 48% had master’s degrees, 47% college-educated, and 42% living in the west. And in the respondents who do not agree Obama's performance, 72% had high school education, 66% Midwesterners and 66% living in the south of people do not agree with Obama.

　Although Obama's support level went down again,but there is nothing worse than that of Congress' opinion poll digit. It only 11% of people agree the performance of Congress, and the up to 89% people do not agree their performance. Although the Congress controlled by Democrats, but the Democrat's public do not agree their behavior were as high as 81%.

　Only 34% of people believe the direction of USA is right, but 66% of people believe the direction of USA is wrong.

(International news) Plan C For Chile Mine Rescue

     In two mouths ago, the pit which is in the Chile San Hose has been collapse.  thirty-three people in this pit are safe but this pit is longer 2050 foot, is almost one and half Taipei 101. In this two mouth rescue term send water, food to them everyday. Also send some MP3, PSP…to them, too. They the regulations about everyone which been distress in that pit need to do the excise about least one hour everyday, and also tell they derision the work, keep digging to have the place to move. Another regulations is everyone need to work eight hours, sleep eight hours to keep they’re weight not getting to fat to stuck in hatch. The lost regulations is they need to turn on the light least ten hours everyday, cause if they don’t do that when they been rescue on the land the sun light could been hurt they’re eyes. Also they already been decision when they been rescue which person is going up first( they PLAN C is use the hatch to get one person for one times up to the land) to stop all the people which in that pit fright for the hatch.

     Rescue began, two by two rescue workers and military medical personnel aboard the Phoenix One first down to the pit to help the miners to prepare and arrange the order of their rescue. Authorities estimate will take on a miner rescued ninety minutes; all work should be completed in two days.

     In 10:11am (Taiwan’s time). The first person has been rescued, he is Florencio Avalos finish his 69 days in the pit. Florencio Avalos looks fine and he wears the sunglass to protect his eyes. His family is already staying there waiting for him.

     Phoenix 1 is the implement for this plan. This hatch implement Phoenix 1 include all the works costs ten million to twenty million U.S. dollars (about three hundred and ten million to six hundred and twenty million NT dollars).

The resources of fireworks festival, in 25^th May, 2002, was happened the crash by china airline. Because of the crash, affect the tourism industry of Penghu. The County Government of Penghu for rise the tourism industry holds the special activities with China Airline flight attendant. For this activities were successful, in 2003, started the fireworks festival by the county government of Penghu and China Airline.   

Fireworks festival attracts many to come to Penghu to join the activities every year. The fireworks festival was with music and amazing fireworks and let this fireworks festival become more interesting. Because of fireworks festival let the tourism industry of Penghu become more development and commercial opportunity. Let the people of Pneghu have the chance of make money to make a living. Every year, about summer vacation, July to October are the travel time in Penghu, in other words, winter is not a good time to go to Penghu.

(Local news) Colorful of Flora Expo in Taipei

     The 2010 international flora exposition will run from November 6, 2010 to April 25, 2011, and area includes Yuanshan Park Area、Fine Arts Park Area、Dajia Riverside Park Area and Xinsheng Park Area, covering 91.8 hectares, will encompass 14 themed exhibition hall. The soft opening date have been stars from October 9, 2010 to October 28, 2010. People can visit inside for free of the soft opening date. The opening and closing ceremonies will be held at the Expo Hall which has been designed like a butterfly pupa and constructed with an eco-friendly concept.

    Taipei Flora Expo is a rare opportunity for Taiwan, it is a big project and challenge, the government estimated this Exop can attrack the number of visitor at approximately 8 million. To base on Yahoo Online Survey, people who live in Taiwan and approve this expo has 62%, has 24% people who do not interest in this Expo, and also has 14% people who are no idea of this Expo. According to Response Analysis, most of people are expect this Expo. “Just came back from the USA and discovered so many news flowers around Taipei, and the streets have never been so beautiful. I look forward the Expo and seeing the city’s transformation.” American tourist said. The Taipei government invited everyone can join 2010 international Flora Expo from November 6, 2010 to April 25, 2011.

(Art News) Kennedy concert Yo-Yo Ma will attend !

     KennedyCenter said violoncellist Yo-yo Ma , actress Juli Andrews , singers Paul Simon and Herbie Hancock will attend in a concert held in January next year. The purpose of this concert tribute to former President John F. Kennedy his passion for the arts. This concert held at the Kennedy Center in January 20, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of John F. Kennedy became President. The contents of the anniversary program, reproduce in the 1960s Concerts for YoungPeople by Young People, exhibition and the new theater works.

    
     Born in Paris in 1955 to Chinese parents, Yo-Yo Ma began his cello studies with his father at the age of four. He later studied with Janos Scholz and, in 1962, became the pupil of Leonard Rose at the Juilliard School of Music. He received the prestigious Avery Fisher Prize in 1978 and is a graduate of Harvard University, from which he also received an honorary doctorate in 1991. Ma and his wife, Jill, have two children, Nicholas and Emily.

     Yo-yo Ma is an exclusive Sony classical artist, and his discography of over fifty albums includes thirteen GRAMMY Award winners. It also demonstrates his wide-ranging interests. In addition to the standard concerto, chamber and solo repertoire, he has recorded many of the works he has commissioned or premiered. His most recent recordings reflect his diverse musical interests and his quest for stimulating new sounds.
