An “Bullying “ was happened at Bade Junior High School, in Taoyuan County, on Dec,9,2010. A student who threatened to shoot a teacher. The root of the story is a group of students tease to their classmate after dismiss the class. They too a female student ‘s clothes and to attacked her body, didn’t have anyone would like to save her.

This event have shocked the nation, a study by the ministry of education shows that have more ten thousand student have been bullying by their classmates and “bullying” is happening every school, including elementary school、junior high school and high school.

Need a person who to be responsible for bullying issue, DPP Legislator Wong Chin-chu who opened a press Conference about “to respect bullying in ourcampus”, she requests Wu Ching-ji to apologize and step down, and think highly of how to solve the bullying problems.
